Nine Elms
We advised an overseas investor while appointing us to help purchase their first home in London. We worked closely with our client and their family and presented various options matching their budget and needs. After narrowing down the possibilities, we guided them through the acquisition process and negotiated the price on their behalf.
Prince Albert Road
A beautiful, newly refurbished, Grade II Listed Nash-style residence (410 sqm). This property has been interior designed, enhancing the exquisite features of the original 19th-century classical style architecture through intricately designed furniture, bespoke joinery and luxurious fabrics and finishes.
Canary Wharf
We worked with an overseas client looking to purchase an apartment for his son studying in London. We provided a detailed analysis of the different suitable areas, an investment yield analysis for each property we recommended and financing options.
Elsworthy Road
An elegant, beautifully refurbished, interior-designed detached home (932 sq m) originally built in 1903. The luxury makeover combines mid-century classics and contemporary finishes with a design defined by a sense of understated luxury. Complete internal remodelling and refurbishment with the addition of a new basement and extensions at the rear of the ground floor.
Southwark
A London-based entrepreneur appointed us to advise on acquiring a commercial asset in London. We provided insights into the physical state of the asset, location and energy performance.
We flagged critical issues related to the property's Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating and upcoming changes in the regulation. The findings helped the investor make conscious decisions during the offer negotiation and understand the work needed and the cost associated with improving the EPC rating.

A detailed refurbishment, complete furnishing and decoration of an elegant 8-bedroom mansion house (1,068 sq m). The interior design scheme carefully highlights the original architectural features, which are enhanced by layers of luxurious textures and bespoke furnishings.
Bayswater
A Middle Eastern client approached us to help him and his family find a London home. The brief was clear: central location, access to nature and renovated Victorian style. Our good connection with the developer and selling agent helped us secure a private viewing while the apartment was undergoing renovation.
We familiarised the family with the different areas of London and performed an exhaustive search to land on a property that meets the family's needs and budget.
