Includes:
60 minutes of focused, one-to-one interior design advice.
Initial space-planning sketches or layout suggestions, where appropriate.

A follow-up email detailing our main design suggestions.
What to Expect Next
Step 1: Your Project Questionnaire
Shortly after booking your consultation, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help us understand your property and objectives. We also recommend sharing any floor plans, photos or inspiration images before your consultation.
Step 2: Your Consultation
Online Consultations
We’ll email your video meeting link before your scheduled consultation.
In-Person Consultations
We’ll confirm your appointment and meet you at your property to discuss your project in person.
Step 3: After Your Consultation
Following your consultation, you’ll receive:
- A summary of the key recommendations discussed during the session.
- Initial layout sketches and design recommendations, where appropriate.
- Recommended products, materials and suppliers.
- Access to our trade furniture discounts.
Consultation Framework:
Design & Service Scope: This service includes one initial consultation session and one follow-up summary. Additional consultations, design revisions, drawings, and further design development are available as separate services and charged accordingly. Any additional work requested after the follow-up summary will be quoted separately before we proceed.
Budget Clarity: To get the best results from your session, we require an upfront, transparent budget framework. We recommend researching the typical price ranges for your preferred brands beforehand (e.g., quality sofas often start around £2,000+). While we always tailor our suggestions to your financial limits, having clarity upfront ensures we deliver a concept that truly matches your expectations.
- Booking & Payment: To secure your consultation slot, payment is required in advance of our scheduled meeting. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send over an invoice and payment link.
